#First, look here

• In this manual: use the search box at the top with a single word («QR», «allergens», «kitchen»…).
• In your dashboard: tap Help and support (on a phone, the lifebuoy icon at the top). You'll find the most common questions with their steps, the Go there button, which takes you to the right screen, See it in the manual and, at the top, 📘 Full manual.
• In the app: under More, Help and support and Full manual.

#Write to us

A person from The Food Please team replies, on the same channel you used to write to us. There's no chat inside the dashboard.

The easiest way is to write from your dashboard: in Help and support, at the bottom, «Can't find it? Write to us», with Write on WhatsApp and Send an email. The message already includes your venue's name and the dashboard version: «Hi, I'm from [your venue] (dashboard …). I need help with: ».

With the Everything plan you get priority WhatsApp support: your message jumps the queue.

#So we can help you quickly

1. Tell us which venue you're from (your menu's address, for example yourvenue.thefoodplease.com). If you write from the dashboard, it's already in the message.
2. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened.
3. Copy the exact message shown on screen, in quotation marks.
4. If you can, send a screenshot.
5. Tell us what you're using: phone, tablet or computer, and which browser.

#Before writing to us, try this

• Something won't load or save: check your connection and reload the page.
• The kitchen makes no sound: tap the screen once (browsers block sound until you tap).
• A change doesn't show on the menu: did you tap Save? Reload the menu on your phone.
• «Your role doesn't allow this»: sign in with the owner's account or ask the owner to do it.
• «Your session has expired. Please sign in again.»: sign in again with your email and password.
