Under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of thefoodplease.com and The Food Please platform.
1. Owner

2. Purpose
The Food Please is a cloud platform for restaurants and hospitality businesses (digital menu, orders, reservations, customer club and other modules). Use of the platform by venues is governed by the Terms of service (/legal/condiciones).
Each venue publishes its menu on its own subdomain (<venue>.thefoodplease.com). That menu belongs to the venue, whose details appear in the legal notice of its own site; The Food Please acts as hosting provider.
3. Third-party content and notice of illegal content
Menu content (texts, photos, prices, allergens) is published by each venue under its own responsibility. The Food Please does not review it before publication, but will promptly remove or disable access to content it actually knows to be illegal.
Anyone can notify us of content they consider illegal through the “Report content” link (/legal/denunciar) at the foot of every menu and of this site, or by writing to the e-mail above, under article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The software, design, own texts and The Food Please trademark belong to Etemenanki Technology SL or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without permission, except as allowed by law.
5. Liability
We try to keep the site and platform running without interruptions or errors but cannot guarantee it at all times. We are not liable for damage caused by technical interruptions beyond our control or by content published by venues or linked third parties.
6. Data protection and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy (/legal/privacidad) and the use of local storage and cookies in the Cookie policy (/legal/cookies).
7. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts under the law; where the claimant is a consumer, those of their place of residence.
