No. All prices on this page exclude VAT; 21% Spanish VAT is added on the invoice. Menu & floor at €19.90 comes to €24.08 a month including VAT.
Yes, on Menu & floor: use it for 14 days without giving your bank card and, if you don't activate it at the end, your menu is paused and you pay nothing. The other plans (Customers come back and Everything) are paid from day one and come with the 30-day guarantee; single modules are also paid from the moment you activate them.
There's no lock-in. Cancel in one click from your dashboard (Modules or Billing) and you stop paying at the end of the period you've already paid for. Odd days are not prorated.
Table orders carry no commission. The 2% applies only to each online payment (on Everything or with the payments module), not counting the tip. Stripe charges its own fee on top, like a card machine. Your guest pays the menu price, with no surcharge, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. If you want to compare it with other systems, see alternatives to Qamarero and Last.app.
In one tap from Your plan, in the dashboard or the app; when you upgrade you only pay the prorated part until your next charge. If you were already paying for a module that's included (say Bookings, €14.90 a month), it's cancelled automatically and we credit what was left. Downgrades apply from the end of the paid period.
The invoices are ready for VERI*FACTU, the Spanish Tax Agency's verifiable invoicing system: mandatory in 2027 (companies, 1 January; self-employed, 1 July). Each invoice carries its chained fingerprint and its tax QR code. They come with Everything or, on their own, with the Invoices module for €14.90/month + VAT, with no per-terminal cost.
On Menu & floor and Customers come back you add it for €29.90/month + VAT: €49.80 and €79.70 a month in total with the founder price on the base plan. On Everything it's already included, with 300 AI Waiter answers a month. The founder price only applies to the base plan: the AI Waiter costs the same for everyone.
