Your best waiter, at every table at once.
An AI waiter that lives inside your digital menu: that's Laura. Guests tap “Ask me” and she tells them what's in each dish, what's gluten-free or which wine goes with the cheese board. And, just like your best waiter, she suggests the full meal: something to nibble, a drink, a main and, to finish, dessert or a coffee.
It doesn't replace your team. It handles the table's questions while your staff get on with serving. When a question needs a person, it says so.
You choose the name, the voice (waitress or waiter) and the tone. By default she's called Laura.
From question to kitchen, in four steps.

There are two of us and we'd like something light. What do you recommend?

The guest taps “Ask me” or a quick button: what do you recommend?, gluten-free, to share. They type the way they'd talk to a waiter.

Lovely! The house quiche is a real favourite here and, to share, the cheese board.

Got it! That's 3 items, €25.50. Anything to drink? A glass of red goes beautifully with the cheese board.

When something's added, she confirms it and suggests what the table is missing: a starter, a drink, dessert or a coffee. One thing at a time, and if they say no, she doesn't push.

Coming right up! 2 quiches, the cheese board and 2 glasses of red are now with the kitchen (€31.90). When you're nearly done, shall I save you a slice of cheesecake?

The order goes through the usual route: table, name and payment if you take it. Once it reaches the kitchen, she celebrates and drops a hint about dessert or coffee for later.

What it does for your takings.
Bigger bills, no hard sell
It's built to raise your average spend: it suggests the drink, something to share and dessert or coffee at just the right moment. Like your best-selling waiter, at every table.
In every guest's language
It replies in whatever language guests write in. Tourists ask in English, French or German and order without pointing at the menu.
Allergens, only from your data
It says what your menu states and nothing more. If a dish has no allergens filled in, it won't make them up: it says so and asks guests to check with staff.
Your highlights first
Flag the dishes you most want to sell — the best margins, or the ones you need to shift — and it suggests them before anything else.

What people ask about Laura
Yes, always. She has an “AI” label next to her name, introduces herself as a virtual waiter and, if asked, says she's an artificial intelligence. Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation (the AI Act) requires this of systems that talk to people.
She only says what your menu states. If a dish has no allergens listed, she doesn't claim anything: she says the menu doesn't specify and asks guests to check with staff. She's set up never to recommend anything that clashes with an allergy or diet she's been told about. And her greeting already says it: if anyone has a serious allergy, check with the staff as well.
Your waiter doesn't switch off: it drops to basic mode. It keeps the quick buttons, searches your menu, answers simple allergen questions from your data and takes the order. What it stops doing is answering open questions with AI. Your panel shows the alert “Laura is in basic mode: top up credits” (with whatever name you've given it). Top up and it's back.
Every time Laura answers using AI. The 300 included AI Waiter replies and your credits are only used there. Quick buttons, order suggestions, rule-based answers, “Got it!” and “Coming right up!” cost nothing. As a safeguard, there's a cap of 20,000 AI Waiter replies a month per venue.
No. The order bar inside the chat opens your usual order: the guest enters their table and name, and pays if you take payments. Nothing reaches the kitchen without going through that.
It's designed not to. It knows your menu and your prices, and every dish it suggests appears as a card from your menu, at your price. Its instructions forbid inventing dishes, prices, offers or “only a few left”.
On Menu & floor and on Customers come back it's an add-on at €29.90 a month: €49.80 and €79.70 a month in total. On Everything it's already included: €89.99 a month. Prices + VAT, with the base plan at founder price (first 30 venues); the AI Waiter costs €29.90 for everyone.
