What people ask us.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during launch: €0 per month and 0% commission. If that changes, we'll tell you first and you decide whether to stay.
How do I get paid?
As you do today. Payment stays between you and the restaurant, on your usual terms: bank transfer, direct debit, cash or whatever you agree. The Food Please never touches your money.
How do orders reach me?
By email and in your dashboard, instantly: customer, address, delivery day and every line with pack size and price. Accept or reject in one click and print the delivery note. The restaurant gets an email with every change.
I don't deliver everywhere. Is that a problem?
No. Choose provinces or postcodes, and your delivery days. Only restaurants in your area can order.
What if I run out of something?
Mark it out of stock in one click and it can't be ordered. If it was already ordered, leave the restaurant a note when you accept and they get it by email.
I have 800 products. One by one?
No. Download the template, upload your spreadsheet, match the columns and we show you the errors before importing.
Can I set different prices per customer?
Not yet. Today every restaurant sees the same price list: yours.
When do I appear in the market?
Once we've reviewed your sign-up. Meanwhile you can upload your catalogue and get it ready.
What do restaurants see about me?
Your company, your description, your area, delivery days, minimum order and payment terms. Your tax ID, email and phone are not shown in the market.
